Seed Guarantee
At From Gardens to Picnics, we are committed to providing the highest standard of seed quality for our customers. We regularly test all seeds for viability and germination to ensure they meet our standards. Many factors can affect the performance of seeds, such as temperature, light, water, weather, storage, and the skill of the grower. While we guarantee the quality of our seeds, we cannot control these factors.
- Germination Guarantee: We guarantee all seeds for 30 days from the ship date. If the seed fails to germinate, we will accept returns within 30 days for any reason. If a portion of the seed is returned, we will accept returns on a prorated basis.
- We do not accept returns after 30 days from the ship date.
Non-Seed Products Guarantee
We also guarantee all non-seed products for 30 days from the ship date. If you are not satisfied with your non-seed product, we accept returns within 30 days of the ship date. However, we do not accept returns on non-seed products after this 30-day period. For some non-seed items, the warranty is provided by the manufacturer, in which case we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer for support.
Gift Card Guarantee
Please note that all sales of gift cards are final, and we do not accept returns on gift cards.
Return Procedure
We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please follow the steps below:
- Contact Us: If your seed fails to germinate or if you encounter issues with any product, please contact us immediately so we can assist you. We have experienced growers on staff who can help troubleshoot and resolve your issues without the need for a return. Be sure to have the lot number from your seed label handy when you contact us.
- Authorization: Returns must be authorized by our customer service department within 30 days of your purchase. You can reach our customer service team by phone during regular business hours or via email at [email protected]. Please do not return items without prior authorization, as returns without authorization are not eligible for a refund.
- Return Shipping: Once authorized, we will provide you with all the necessary instructions, including the address to which you should return the products. Returns must be shipped to us within 2 weeks from the date of the return authorization. Products received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refund Options: We offer two refund options:
In-Store Credit Refund: If you choose in-store credit, we will refund 100% of the returned product’s value and cover the cost of return shipping. The credit will be applied to your online account in the form of rewards points.
Cash Refund: If you prefer a cash refund, a 10% restocking fee will apply, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and depending on your payment method, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
Return Address
All returns must have an RA Number (Return Authorization Number) clearly printed on the outside of the return package. This number will be provided by our customer service team.
Important: Please contact our customer service to obtain the return authorization and return address before sending any products back. Unauthorized returns sent to us will not be eligible for a refund.
Wholesale Accounts
For wholesale accounts:
- Orders are typically on a cash-only basis unless prior arrangements have been made. If credit terms are agreed upon, payment is due NET 30 from the invoice date.
- A 2% monthly finance charge (24% annually) will be applied to any unpaid balances.
- A minimum service charge of $5.00 will be assessed on any past-due accounts.
- If a balance is in default, the purchaser agrees to pay all collection costs, including court costs and attorney fees.
- A $25.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
